why do we make wine
the way we do?

Because we love what we do. And we believe that our way of making wine is good for the long term. For wine lovers, for the region and for our family. We also want to think ahead and set an example. Not only the family tradition and our knowledge of viticulture that we’ve amassed over generations, but also an understanding of nature, which we work with every day, and of our wine culture. Last but not least, we want to contribute and pass something on.
We want to discover new things that will make our work and our wines, which we value so much, even better. Something that will allow our children’s generation to carry on the traditions our family has been connected to for so long.
