Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
We deliver only within Germany and Austria.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 Euro per order for delivery within Austria, up to an order value of 49.00 Euro. For delivery to Germany, up to an order value of 69.00 euros flat rate 14.90 euros. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
From an order value of 49.00 euros for Austria and 69.00 euros for Germany, we deliver free of shipping costs.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (vouchers).
The flat rate for shipping is 5,90 Euro (Austria) or 14,90 Euro (Germany). The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., if books are purchased). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process, but only lower in your favor.

They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they are available on the page “shipping costs”, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be paid by you additionally.
